An Alcatex Christmas Story!

T'was the night before Christmas when all through the Data Center,

Not a creature was stirring, and no one could enter.

The hard drives hung with the utmost of care,

in the eager hopes that the IT would soon be there.

The cables were nestled all connected to the Web,

while info and emails danced in their threads.

As computers shut down, and all servers went black,

the CPU's looked ready for a long Winter's nap.

Where out on the lawn, there rose such a clatter,

the Generator fired up, making every doubt scatter.

Have a very Alcatastic Christmas!

As we start to celebrate our 20th year in business, we here at Alcatex are feeling nostalgic... Remember those ITEC shows here in Dallas?

Here is part of the Team back in 1997: Some things change, some things stay the same, and some of us dont age a bit!

Always remember and never forget:

If you are leaving an existing Data Center to move to a COLO, consolidate your data centers or moving to a new facility, we want to buy your old equipment!

Alcatex has over 20 years of experience removing data center equipment. Our references include many of the Fortune 100.

Generators, like this unit removed from a site in CT last weekend, are tailored to each location and customers needs to help recover part of your investment.

But seriously, we make it look easy.

It took more than a year of planning to perform the "seamless" transition that you see here. This was performed on a production Data Center in Austin Texas for the Fortune 100 Company, Waste Managment.
